About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in doubling the turnover of ASR International over the next 18-24 months. As a dynamic and results-driven sales professional, you will be responsible for growing, servicing, and managing retail and trade accounts in the South East and Central regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Territory Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across the designated area.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business.
  • Sales Strategy: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with the company's growth targets and sales cycles.
  • Market Analysis: Gather and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and drive revenue.
Requirements and Benefits

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, commercially savvy, and experienced in managing sales territories within retail and trade channels. The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package and long-term career opportunities.
