We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for converting incoming leads, generating new customer contacts, and pitching our proposition to SME and Corporate businesses.

Our ideal candidate is a graduate with some internal sales or customer-facing experience or a non-graduate with experience in internal/external sales/recruitment. You will need to be target-focused, enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking to succeed in this role. If you are a team player and results-driven sales person looking to step up your career, we encourage you to apply.

Our company offers a comprehensive training program, including product, company, and structured sales training. We also provide a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £35-40,000 and an OTE of £20,000, as well as a range of benefits, including pension, 25 days holiday + stats, and full company benefits.
