Financial Services Assistant

Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Assistant to provide administrative support for the Accounts and Payroll Officer. About the Role
As a Financial Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing effective financial and administrative support, including raising sales invoices, recording payments, matching purchase invoices with delivery notes, and processing supplier payments. You will also be involved in completing monthly reconciliation of bank, credit card, and petty cash transactions, as well as checking timesheets for Agency staff and reconciling back to invoices.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Accounts and Payroll Officer
- Raise sales invoices and record payments received on the accounts system
- Match purchase invoices with delivery notes and process supplier payments
- Complete monthly reconciliation of bank, credit card, and petty cash transactions
- Check timesheets for Agency staff and reconcile back to invoices
Requirements
This role requires a strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits
