Job Description

Job Title: Biomedical Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. As a Biomedical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repairs, and asset management of medical devices at various hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assist in meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs.
  • Travel to various sites for maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain service documentation and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with OEM service personnel when required.

Requirements:

  • Certified OEM training, degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, high integrity.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the UK on medical equipment maintenance in the UK, knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Full UK Driving License is required.
