Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team at nGenium. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and asset management of medical devices at various hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Meet Contractual KPIs: Assist in meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs, including documentation and inventory management.
  • Travel to Various Sites: Travel to various hospital sites for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the hospital environment.
  • Maintain Service Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with OEM Personnel: Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service personnel as required.
Requirements
  • Certified OEM Training: Possess certified OEM training in medical equipment maintenance.
  • Qualifications: Hold a degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Skills: Possess strong customer relationship management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the UK on medical equipment maintenance, with knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Full UK Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license.
