About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. As a key member of our medical engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs, including documentation and inventory management.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel to various sites for maintenance and repairs, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with OEM service personnel and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications and Education: Certified OEM training and a degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, high integrity, and a minimum of 1 year experience in medical equipment maintenance in the UK.
  • Additional Requirements: Full UK Driving License and knowledge of regulatory standards.
