Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Equipment Specialist to join our team at nGenium. As a key member of our medical engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by performing on-site maintenance, repairs, and asset management of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs, including documentation and inventory management.
  • Travel to various sites for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in the medical industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to ensure outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Certified OEM training in medical equipment maintenance.
  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in medical equipment maintenance in the UK.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
