Job Title: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our residential team in Cambridge. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for contributing significantly to the business's growing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively pursue and secure new business
* Analyze market and customer needs and sell to those needs
* Analyze marketing, set, and implement a plan together with the Branch Manager to hit office valuation targets
* Carry out valuations
* Strive to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
* Maximize revenues and grow the property register
* Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Maximize branch profit and achieve all financial targets

Requirements:

* Experience within Property in a Sales Manager/Comparable role
* ARLA qualifications would be an advantage
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong relationship building skills
* Experience using residential software packages
* A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
* The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm. Saturday cover may also be required from time to time.

What We Offer:

A salary package of Circa £35,000 plus a lucrative and uncapped commission scheme.
