We are excited to offer a Full-time Youth Worker position at New Wine Trust, an innovative organization dedicated to empowering youth and fostering faith in the local community.

The Role

">

This role involves leading or supporting various evening youth clubs, collaborating with schools and local organizations, and promoting the Youth Alpha course.

">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Design and deliver engaging youth programs, prioritizing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools, organizations, and community groups
  • Facilitate the Youth Alpha course, providing a structured program for young people to deepen their understanding of Christianity

Requirements

">
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • 37 hours per week; flexible scheduling available, with priority given to after-school hours and Sunday commitments
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a 5% employer pension contribution
  • Annual leave: 30 days pro-rata, including bank holidays and up to 5 Sundays off
  • Occasional evening/weekend events required, with time off in lieu allowed
