Children's Church Leader
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Children's Church Leader to join our team at New Wine Trust. As a pioneer post, this role will involve developing and implementing strategies to engage with children and their families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:- To work closely with the existing church community to build relationships and establish trust with local families.
- To develop and deliver engaging programs for children that promote spiritual growth and development.
- To collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to children's ministry.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
£24,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata for 16 hours per week).
Location:Holy Trinity Church, Attleborough, Nuneaton.
