We are seeking a skilled social worker to join our team at WMJobs in Warwickshire, providing specialist support to vulnerable adolescents.
The successful candidate will work closely with families and young people under a Child in Need plan, addressing concerns such as substance misuse and homelessness. Collaborating with multi-agency professionals like police, youth workers, and education specialists is crucial to increasing safety for young people in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver supportive services to families and young people under a Child in Need plan.
