Part-Time Youth Worker

- Deliver youth programmes that cater to the needs of 11-19-year-olds, focusing on education and personal development.
- Maintain excellent relationships with local schools and educational institutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement new programme ideas.
Salary: part-time £12.83/hour, full-time £28,000-£30,000 + 5% employer pension contribution. 30 days annual leave (pro-rata), plus bank holidays, including up to 5 Sundays. Occasional evening/weekends for events, with time off in lieu allowed.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- 37 hours per week (full-time) or flexible part-time schedule.
- Sundays are a requirement.
