The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Care Experienced Youth Advocate. You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission by providing high-quality support to young people in care.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with social workers and foster carers to develop and implement effective plans for young people.
  2. Provide emotional support and guidance to help young people build resilience and confidence.
  3. Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
