Adult Care Specialist

Voyage Care Ltd is searching for an experienced Lead Adult Care Professional to join our team at Weaver House in Bulkington.
In this role, you will work closely with our Manager to lead our supported living service and ensure the people we support receive high-quality care. You will be responsible for allocating shifts, conducting staff supervision, and assisting with financial management.
We require a highly motivated and organized individual with previous experience as a Lead Adult Care Professional and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. You should also have experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
We offer a competitive salary of £37.45 per hour, plus benefits such as enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and a funded Blue Light Card.
