Job Description

As our Support Workers, you will work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication, personal care, washing, dressing, and supporting them through their day. You will foster strong working relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of experience working in care within the UK. A full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle or transport are highly desirable.

Shifts and Hours

You can choose from a variety of shifts, including earlies, late, and nights, allowing you to work as few or as many hours as you wish. This flexibility enables you to balance your work-life needs while delivering high-quality care.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
