About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled social worker to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) in Warwickshire, England. The Family Adolescent Support Team provides high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers across the region.

The successful candidate will work with families and young people under a Child in Need plan, addressing concerns such as extra-familial harm, substance misuse, and homelessness. They will also collaborate with multi-agency professionals like police, youth workers, and education specialists to increase safety for young people in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive services to families and young people under a Child in Need plan.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to address contextual risks and increase safety for young people.
