Child Development Specialist Job Description

This challenging and rewarding role requires a skilled Child Development Specialist to work with children who require additional support and guidance to reach their full potential. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with Emotional Behavioural Disorder and mild autism.
  2. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  3. Lead shifts and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per year + £6,500 per year (sleep-in shifts), including additional benefits such as free parking and holiday pay.
