Child Welfare Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure the safe running of the service, providing one-on-one support to children and promoting their emotional, social, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement individual care plans and monitor progress.
  2. Lead shifts and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards.
  3. Provide one-on-one support to children with Emotional Behavioural Disorder and mild autism.
  4. Promote the emotional, social, and educational development of the children.
  5. Work closely with the management team to ensure the safe running of the service.
