Nursery Development Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and professional team within the Childcare and Education industry. About the Role
This position is perfect for newly qualified and experienced individuals who are eager to expand their skills and make a meaningful impact on young lives. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and development of children aged 0-5 years. Working closely with senior practitioners and managers, you will ensure that each child receives the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of a diverse range of activities designed to stimulate and engage children
- Participate in daily routines, including feeding, changing, and ensuring children's safety
- Observe and monitor children's progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children
- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of every child
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Caring and patient attitude towards children
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- First Aid certification (desirable)
