**Job Title:** Childcare Specialist

At Blom and Blom, we are seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team at our Ofsted outstanding day nursery in Nuneaton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare provision that promotes the development and well-being of young children.

We offer a supportive and rewarding working environment where you can grow your skills and expertise. Your remuneration package includes an estimated salary of £12.50 - £15.40 per hour, negotiable, along with a range of employee benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's development through the provision of safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play
  • Delivering activities to support and extend children's learning and development outcomes
  • Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress
  • Planning and delivering next steps to support children's development

What You Will Need:

  • A level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification
  • An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures
  • An understanding of safeguarding procedures
