Outreach Practitioner Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Outreach Practitioner Leader to join our NHS team in a critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical skills and support to wards and departments as part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Support the 24-hour acute pain management service, preceptorship of newly qualified staff, return to nursing staff, and mentorship of nursing students and healthcare support workers
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £43,041 - £67,886 per annum, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
