Job Title: Critical Care Leadership Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Practitioner to join our team as a Band 6 Critical Care Outreach Practitioner. As a key member of our critical care outreach team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leadership in the critical care unit and trust-wide.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at Band 6 in critical care and possess strong clinical leadership skills. You will also have the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide expert clinical skills and support to wards and departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Critical Care Practitioner to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in our organization. We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including on-site nursery, 27 days minimum annual leave plus bank holidays, and cycle to work scheme.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality patient care and leadership in the critical care unit and trust-wide
* Working effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and high-quality patient care
* Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may affect patient care

Required skills and qualifications include:
* NMC Registered Nurse or AHP Registered Practitioner
* Critical Care Qualification
* Degree
