We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Specialist to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our critical care outreach team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing clinical leadership.

**Salary:** £46,148 - £52,809 per annum pro rata

The ideal candidate will have experience working at Band 6 in critical care and hold relevant qualifications, including a Critical Care Qualification and a degree. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

As a Clinical Leadership Expert, you will take responsibility for the clinical leadership and direction of our critical care team, ensuring that patients receive safe, high-quality care. You will also create opportunities to promote health and well-being among patients in your care.

**Job Responsibilities:*

  • Deliver a high standard of care based on best practice to maintain patient safety and provide a good patient experience.
  • Create and utilize opportunities to promote health and well-being of patients in their care.
  • Undertake clinical shifts within the outreach service, identifying, assessing, and managing patients who are deteriorating or at risk of deteriorating.
