About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Youth Program Coordinator. As a key member of our Ambulance Cadet Unit, you will have the opportunity to work directly with young people, supporting their learning and development into the next generation of health citizens.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize a mixed weekly program that supports the learning and development of young people.
- Supervise and support other adult volunteers in the team.
- Help young people develop their confidence, teamwork skills, self-discipline, and encourage them to strive to be the best they can be.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to motivate and inspire young people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
