  • Providing person-centered support to enable the individual to participate in community activities and achieve their goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the individual, based on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in the individual's support to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

We offer a comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and regular supervision to ensure you have the necessary skills and support to excel in this role.
