About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled School Engagement and Marketing Manager to join our team at the National Foundation for Educational Research. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting our mission to improve education outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness of our organization and its resources among schools.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with school communities to support our goals and objectives.
  3. Manage Social Media and Content: Oversee our social media channels and produce engaging, user-friendly, and valuable content for schools.
Requirements
  1. Marketing and Communications Experience: Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on brand and social media activities.
  2. Marketing Planning and Execution: Sound understanding of the marketing communications planning process and experience in developing integrated plans.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Experience in developing high-quality marketing and brand collateral across various media channels.
  4. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, manage, and evaluate the work of external marketing communications suppliers.
  5. Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing data to inform marketing planning and delivery.
