Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing shopper activation strategies that align with our overall business objectives and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive shopper activation strategies that align with overall business objectives and marketing plans.
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of shopper activation campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital engagement, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, merchandising, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective shopper activation initiatives.
  • Conduct market and shopper insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets for shopper activation programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of shopper activation activities, using key metrics and data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of activation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on shopper activation performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail environments, and marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful shopper activation campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
