About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Engagement Manager to join our team at the National Foundation for Educational Research. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our School Engagement Strategic plan and nurturing positive relationships with the school community in support of our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to increase awareness of our organisation and its resources amongst schools.
  2. Manage our online presence and produce engaging, user-friendly and valuable content for schools.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable experience in marketing and communications, with experience of coordinating brand and social media activities.
  2. Sound understanding of the marketing communications planning process, with experience of developing integrated plans.
  3. Experience developing high-quality marketing and brand collateral across media.
  4. Experience of using website content management systems and email delivery systems.
  5. Experience of planning, managing and evaluating the work of external marketing communications suppliers.
  6. Experience of analysing data to inform marketing planning and delivery.
  7. Strong project management skills.
