**Role Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young people with eating disorders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and adults, with a strong understanding of evidence-based nursing practices. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support the nursing team.

Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum (pro rata)

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To provide specialist nursing leadership within the team, ensuring that the highest standards of evidenced-based nursing care are provided.
  • To take a lead role in developing and embedding evidence-based clinical nursing practice within the team.
  • To maintain personal and professional development by providing direct clinical work to individuals and their families with appropriate evidence-based intervention.
  • To participate in research and audit in the clinical field.

**Requirements**

  • Registered Nurse Mental Health or Registered Nurse.
  • Qualification in evidence-based psychological therapy relevant to eating disorders.
  • Experience of working with adults and/or children.
