About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical, Forensic, Counselling or Educational Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Expertise in Children's Mental Health. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on mental health issues affecting children and young people.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance on mental health issues affecting children and young people.
- Developing and delivering therapeutic interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Conducting assessments and writing reports to inform treatment plans.
- Supervising and supporting Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Psychologists.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- H.C.P.C. registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, Educational, or Forensic).
- Experience working within a children's setting, such as education, residential care, or CAMHS.
- Expertise in child development and attachment theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
