The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • To develop and implement quality strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • To lead the quality improvement program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they adhere to the SSSC code of practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in quality management or a related field.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
