Job Description

This role involves managing the bid process for various aspects of tendering, including organising teams, agreeing on timeframes and actions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be an effective planner with the ability to manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are taken and deadlines are met.
  • Organise and coordinate teams to achieve project goals, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support sales strategy.
  • Analyse feedback and provide recommendations for areas of focus.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as requested.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales process experience, at least 2 years.
  • Enhanced competency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with value-led sales techniques.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
