We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Learning team as an Arts Administration Assistant. This exciting role will provide administrative support across a range of programmes and projects, assisting with the administration, completion, and return of evaluation and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support across a varied range of programmes and projects
  • Assisting with the administration, completion, and return of evaluation and feedback
  • Issuing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
  • Supporting and maintaining reporting systems
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Supporting the coordination of materials and resources required for events and projects
  • Working closely with colleagues to schedule activity
  • Participating in department activities, meetings, and events

About the Role:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in the Arts, with a strong interest in working with schools and making a positive difference to young people's lives. The post is offered as a fixed-term contract and is flexible between home working and some days in Stratford-upon-Avon.
