The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Learning team as a programme coordinator.


In this entry-level role, you will provide administrative support across a range of programmes and projects, including assisting with the administration of evaluations and feedback, issuing and processing invoices, and supporting reporting systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across various programmes and projects
  • Assist with administration, completion, and return of evaluation and feedback
  • Issue and process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
  • Support and maintain reporting systems
  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Support the coordination of materials and resources required for events and projects
  • Work closely with colleagues to schedule activity
  • Participate in department activities, meetings, and events


The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the arts, an organized approach, and excellent communication skills. You will enjoy meeting new people and working as part of a team.
