The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Learning team as a programme coordinator.
In this entry-level role, you will provide administrative support across a range of programmes and projects, including assisting with the administration of evaluations and feedback, issuing and processing invoices, and supporting reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various programmes and projects
- Assist with administration, completion, and return of evaluation and feedback
- Issue and process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Support and maintain reporting systems
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Support the coordination of materials and resources required for events and projects
- Work closely with colleagues to schedule activity
- Participate in department activities, meetings, and events
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the arts, an organized approach, and excellent communication skills. You will enjoy meeting new people and working as part of a team.
What We Offer
This fixed-term contract is flexible, with the option to work from home or in our Stratford-upon-Avon office. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and programmes, and contribute to a team that is passionate about the impact of the arts on young people's lives.
