We are seeking an Arts Administration Coordinator to assist our Learning team on various projects, programs, and events. This entry-level role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for anyone looking to gain experience in the arts.

The Royal Shakespeare Company plays a leading role in transforming how people learn about, enjoy, shape, and participate in Shakespeare's work. We are passionate about the impact the arts can have on every young person's life and work with thousands of young people, teachers, and partner theatres to unlock potential and contribute to a more just society.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across a range of programs and projects
  • Assisting with evaluation and feedback administration, completion, and return
  • Issuing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
  • SUPPORTING AND MAINTAINING REPORTING SYSTEMS
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Supporting event and project coordination
  • Working closely with colleagues to schedule activity
  • Participating in department activities, meetings, and events

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post is flexible between home working and some days (currently 2 per week) in Stratford-upon-Avon. The post is full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
