Unity is seeking a seasoned Technical Art Director to spearhead the development of our next-generation content creation tools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of real-time 3D graphics and empowering hundreds of thousands of creators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to Unity's graphic strategy and vision
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product designers to enhance the content creation experience
  • Advocate for more efficient and elegant workflows
  • Build a healthy, empowering team culture
  • Coordinate with other Unity teams and contribute to documentation, training materials, and demos
Requirements:
  • Expertise in 3D graphics and modern asset creation pipelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • Proven track record of shipping multiple games as an artist or technical artist
  • Experience leading a team of at least six people
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Unity engine knowledge and/or prior experience as a technical art director
  • Experience shipping on mobile or XR platforms and/or production experience with VFX or lighting
  • French or Danish language skills
