About the Job

As a Technical Art Director at Unity, you will be responsible for contributing to our graphic strategy, collaborating with engineers and product designers to improve the content creation experience, advocating for more elegant and efficient workflows, building a healthy team culture, and coordinating with other Unity teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of modern 3D graphics and asset creation pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • A proven track record of shipping games as an artist or technical artist, with at least two successful projects under your belt.
  • Experience leading a team of six or more people.

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Unity engine or prior experience as a technical art director.
  • Shipped games on mobile or XR platforms, or have production experience with VFX or lighting.
