About the Role

The Director of Content Operations and Delivery will spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and operational management of our RNG, Live, and Table Games offerings. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery of gaming content to our websites and applications.

This position reports directly to the Global Gaming Director and is part of the Product and Technology team responsible for managing customer experience within our 'shop window' for all of our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the content roadmap for RNG, Live, and Table Games, working closely with suppliers and delivery teams to configure, test, and release games in multiple regulatory regions.
  • Develop strategies to automate and streamline processes, reducing manual overheads and enabling teams to scale as we expand into new markets and add more brands.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of gaming lobbies, partnering with Commercial Lobby Managers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience for players.
  • Manage dedicated Kanban integration teams responsible for specific super regions, ensuring efficient delivery and integration of gaming content.
  • Lead the Tech Ops team, handling live issues, downtimes, game disabling, win verifications, and RTP monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the online gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of RNG, Live, and Table Games, as well as technical aspects of content delivery and integrations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and leading operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adept at collaborating with diverse remote teams in multiple locations and time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
