Join Our Team as an Arts Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Learning team as an Arts Administrator. This exciting role will provide administrative support across a variety of programmes and projects, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the arts sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, programmes, and projects, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, working closely with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should have a strong interest in working in the arts, although prior experience is not necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible approach to work.
