Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Dudley, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly review sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities through market research and analysis, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Train and Mentor Sales Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, ensuring alignment and synergy.
- Proven Leadership Experience: A proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Sales Strategies: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
