The company is a well-established manufacturer associated with quality products.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as Aerospace Sales Manager. This role offers fantastic opportunities for internal sales managers or business development managers who want to grow professionally in a great work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver revenue targets by developing new business and existing accounts. Achieve core performance indicators (KPIs) while providing top-notch customer service and understanding customer needs.
Collaborate with internal commercial and sales support teams, focusing on sales pipeline, portfolio revenue, and sales action plans. Proficiently use our CRM system.
Salary:
£42,000 per annum, with a generous bonus scheme + pension + comprehensive employee support package + formal training & development opportunities + company events.
Location: Dudley
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be any B2B sales professional with experience selling products or consumables into the trades/construction industry. Having sales management experience selling into building merchants, independent merchants, showrooms, resellers, distributors will give you a significant advantage. Candidates with plumbing or bathrooms industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
