As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality in-game cinematic sequences for our ambitious, AAA project. With a focus on atmosphere, storytelling, and player agency, this is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of next-generation hardware technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build high-quality cinematic sequences through your expertise in cinematography, camera animation, and editing skills.
* Independently maintain and develop the cinematics in a highly iterative environment.
* Help establish and drive the pipelines, processes, and methodologies across the cinematic teams.
* Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to desired quality.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve technical challenges and push project quality.
* Supervise junior members of the team and coach them to success through reviews and mentorship.

**Requirements:**

* Experienced Cinematic Artist with a portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and cinematography skills.
* Great working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, or equivalent 3D programs.
* Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling principles, cinematic language, literacy, and visual storytelling theory in an interactive medium.
* Excellent framing and animation skills for cinematic cameras.
* Deep understanding of the latest cinematic pipelines and workflows.
* Exceptional team collaborator with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable Skills:**

* Experience with Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software.
* Experience with Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints and other Unreal tools.
* Experience with lighting and editing.
