Job Title: Senior Splunk Product Engineer/Developer (Observability Platform)

The job is based in a full remote environment, requiring an ASAP start and a 3-month contract duration with potential for extension. The base salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role:

  • This role involves assisting in building a new internal CIS Observability platform using Splunk technology.
  • As a key member of the development team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the platform.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in working with Splunk products, particularly in observability and correlation.

About You:

  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on observability and Splunk technologies.
  • A strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies, is required.
  • You must be proficient in languages such as Python or Java, as well as having experience with version control systems like Git.
