We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Splunk Inc. This role will involve managing business portfolios, shaping strategies, driving account mapping and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in building, managing and delivering successful sales results in Central Bodies of NHS. They will also possess unquestionable credibility in the Healthcare sector and experience leading NHS through complex challenges.

This role offers an On Target Earnings (OTE) salary with flexibility in working arrangement. The comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off and wellbeing expense reimbursement.

Key responsibilities include leveraging sales engineering resources and blending Splunk sales methodology with own sales acumen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for problem solving, customer challenges, data journey and high-performance team collaboration.
