Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our Aesthetic sales team in the Midlands & SW UK region. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to develop and execute a regional business strategy, driving sales growth and market share.
About the Role
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional business plan, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. You will also provide coaching and support to your team to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional business plan to drive sales growth and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership and business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Experience working in the aesthetics sector would be advantageous.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car, pension scheme, and health insurance.
