Job Description

The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to fill the role of Associate People Partner. This exciting opportunity is part of our people relations team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, comprehensive customer-focused service to managers and staff within the Trust.

As an Associate People Partner, you will work closely with the Divisional Head of People and the broader People and Culture team to support the implementation of the Trust's Workforce Strategy. You will be the employee relations lead, coordinating, managing, and ensuring delivery on specific agreed areas of work. Your key responsibilities will include providing advice and support to managers on dealing with people management issues through various stages of the employee lifecycle.

This role presents a unique opportunity for experienced HR professionals to develop their skills in partnership working, strategic planning, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
