Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Northreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations, performance management, and HRIS data analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Design and implement performance management systems aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage HRIS for data analysis and reporting to enhance HR processes.
  • Build strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders, offering guidance on HR-related matters.

The successful candidate will have a degree and CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, with essential industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, flexible working style, and commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Northreach offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
