This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of people practices and cultural initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategies and driving cultural growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing business, with a strong track record of delivering strategic projects impacting employee engagement, performance, retention, and other key people metrics.

Key responsibilities include developing strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization, taking ownership of key initiatives in the Group HR People and Culture Strategy, and embedding the company's culture and values as we grow.
