Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Signal Ocean. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and building a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
    • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
    • Leverage various recruitment channels to source top talent.
  • HR Business Partnership:
    • Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Employee Development & Engagement:
    • Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • HR Operations:
    • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in recruitment and employee development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
