Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our dynamic team in Bangor, North Wales. As a key member of our pharmacy store, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest supermarket chains' pharmacy stores. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and a passion for making a difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and care
  • Provide support to the pharmacy team
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy
  • Drive business growth and achieve KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the GPhC
  • MPharm, BPharm or equivalent qualification
  • Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy environment
